Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you visit building26.net (the "Site") or contact us. By using the Site, you agree to the practices described here. Part I covers the Site. Part II covers our operations platform, which applies once your business becomes a client.

Part I — The Site

1. Information We Collect

The call-back form. The form on this Site asks for your name and phone number, and optionally your type of business, the size of your crew, and a short description of what you need help with. Submitting it sends those fields to us so we can call you back. Along with them we record the date and time and, from your connection, an approximate city and region — never a precise location and never your IP address.

Information you give us directly. When you email us at ceo@building26.net or cto@building26.net, we receive whatever you choose to include: your name, email address, business details, and message contents. We use this solely to respond to your inquiry and, if you become a client, to deliver our services under a separate signed agreement.

Information collected automatically. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not use cookies and does not track you across other websites. It collects aggregated, anonymized data such as pages visited, general location (country/region level; no IP address is stored), device/browser type, and referring site. This data cannot be used to identify you individually.

We do not currently use cookies for tracking or advertising, or third-party ad pixels, on this Site. Client accounts exist on our separate Platform and are described in Part II below. If this changes, we will update this Policy and, where required by law, obtain your consent before doing so (e.g., a cookie banner).

2. How We Use Information

We use information to respond to inquiries, evaluate potential engagements, operate and improve the Site, maintain business and legal records, and, where applicable, deliver contracted services. We may also use information as reasonably necessary to enforce our Terms of Service, investigate misuse, prevent fraud, or comply with legal obligations.

3. How We Share Information

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We may share information:

• With service providers who perform functions on our behalf, under obligations to protect it and use it only for the purpose provided. For inquiries made through this Site these are: Cloudflare, which hosts the Site, stores form submissions in a database located in the United States, and provides cookie-free analytics; Telegram, which delivers a notification of your submission to the owner's phone; and our email provider.
• In a business transfer. If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of all or part of our business, information may be disclosed or transferred as part of that transaction, subject to standard confidentiality protections.
• For legal reasons. We may disclose information if required by law, subpoena, or court order, or if we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, property, or safety, or that of others, or to investigate fraud or security issues.
• With your consent, for any other purpose we disclose to you at the time of collection.

4. Data Retention

We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. We may retain and use information as necessary after any request for deletion to the extent required or permitted by law (for example, to maintain business records or defend legal claims).

5. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, or to opt out of certain uses. To make a request, email ceo@building26.net. We will respond within a reasonable time and may take reasonable steps to verify your identity before fulfilling a request. We reserve the right to decline requests that are unfounded, excessive, or not required to be honored under applicable law.

6. No Guarantee of Security

We use commercially reasonable measures to protect information, including relying on Cloudflare's infrastructure and encrypted (HTTPS) connections. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot and do not guarantee absolute security. You provide information to us at your own risk. In the event of a data incident, we will take reasonable steps as required by applicable law, but disclaim liability for unauthorized access, use, or disclosure of information not caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct.

7. Third-Party Links

The Site may link to or reference third-party websites and services we do not control. This Policy does not apply to those third parties, and we are not responsible for their privacy practices. Review their policies independently.

8. Children's Privacy

The Site is directed at business owners and professionals and is not intended for individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18; if we learn we have, we will delete it promptly.

9. Disclaimer

Information on this Site, including any figures, examples, or sample screens, is provided for general informational purposes only and does not constitute a representation about how your specific information will be processed beyond what is stated in this Policy.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy at any time, in our sole discretion. The "Effective date" above reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be posted on this page; continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.

11. Contact Us

Part II — Platform Services

This Part II applies when a business becomes a client and uses our operations platform at platform.building26.net (the "Platform"), including any related mobile applications. It supplements Part I. If anything in Part II conflicts with Part I, Part II controls for Platform use. Access to the Platform is by invitation and governed by a signed service agreement; this Part II describes our data practices, not the commercial terms of any engagement.

12. Accounts

The Platform uses client accounts. When we create an account for your business, we collect your name, business name, email address, phone number, and the operational details you provide during onboarding — services offered, pricing rules, crew members, and similar business configuration. Crew members interact with the Platform through messaging channels such as Telegram or WhatsApp, and by doing so share their names, contact handles, and work-related messages.

13. Connected Services and the Data They Provide

The Platform connects to third-party services only when you authorize each connection through that provider's own sign-in and consent process — for example Square, QuickBooks Online, Google, Stripe, telephony providers, and lead platforms such as Thumbtack or Yelp. Depending on which services you connect, we receive and process on your behalf:

• Payments and accounting data — invoices, payments, transactions, and customer billing records.
• Communications — emails, text messages, call records, and message threads sent to or from your business through connected channels.
• Lead data — inquiries delivered by lead platforms you use, including a prospective customer's name, contact information, requested service, location, and message contents.
• Spreadsheet data — the contents of spreadsheets you choose to connect.

We access only the data reasonably necessary to provide the services you have enabled, using the minimum permissions each provider makes available for those features. You can disconnect any service at any time from your Platform settings; disconnecting stops new data collection from that service.

14. Your Customers' Information

Providing our services necessarily involves processing information about your customers — the people who call, text, or submit requests to your business: their names, contact details, service addresses, job details, messages, invoices, and payment records.

We process this information solely as your service provider, on your instructions and on your behalf, to operate your business workflows. You remain responsible for your own customers' information, including providing any notice or obtaining any consent your customers may require and honoring their requests. If we receive a request directly from one of your customers, we will refer it to you or assist you in fulfilling it.

15. How the Platform Uses Data, Including AI

The Platform uses automated software agents, including artificial-intelligence models, to perform the work you enable — for example reading an inbound message to draft a reply, extracting job details from a text thread, matching a payment to an invoice, drafting an outreach email, or flagging an anomaly for your attention. In doing so, relevant data is processed by the AI infrastructure we use to deliver the service.

Three commitments apply without exception:

1. We do not sell or rent your data or your customers' data.
2. We do not use your data to train publicly available AI models. Data processed by our agents is used to perform your work, not to build general-purpose models.
3. Actions that move money require your approval. The Platform drafts and proposes; payouts, refunds, and unusual transactions wait for your confirmation.

16. Google User Data

If you connect a Google account, our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Gmail data is used only for the mail features your business has turned on:

Sending and replies. We send the messages you have enabled and read replies to organize your inbox and leads.

Read-only mailbox connection. When a mailbox is connected with read-only access, we read its incoming and sent messages to produce the summaries, alerts, briefings and answers your business has turned on, and we show them only to the people your business has authorized. A read-only connection never sends, changes or deletes mail.

Google Sheets data is used only to read and write the spreadsheets you designate.

Our AI model providers (Section 17) may process Gmail data only to produce these results for you. We do not use Google user data to train AI models, we do not use it for advertising, and we do not sell it. No one at Building Agentix reads Google user data except with your explicit permission, as necessary for security, or to comply with applicable law. You can remove a connection at any time in your Google Account under Security, then Third-party apps and services; we then stop collecting new data as described in Section 19.

17. Service Providers

To operate the Platform we rely on infrastructure and service providers — cloud hosting located in the United States, AI model providers, communications providers, and the connected services you authorize. They process data only to provide their function to us, under obligations of confidentiality and security, and are not permitted to use your data for their own purposes.

18. Security

Platform data is encrypted in transit. Credentials and connection tokens are encrypted at rest. Each client business's records are logically isolated from every other client's. Administrative access is restricted, logged, and protected by hardened, key-based server access. No system is perfectly secure, and Section 6 of Part I applies equally to the Platform; we nonetheless treat protection of your operational and financial data as a core engineering obligation.

19. Retention, Export, and Deletion

• While you are a client, we retain Platform data as long as needed to provide the services and maintain accurate business records.
• Export: your customers, jobs, invoices, and books are exportable in standard formats on request, at any time, at no charge.
• On disconnection of a service, we stop collecting new data from that service. Data already processed remains in your account unless you ask us to remove it.
• On termination, upon written request we will delete your Platform data within thirty (30) days, except records we are required or permitted to retain by law, such as financial records and dispute or audit trails. Data received from a specific provider is deleted within any shorter period that provider's terms require.

20. Your Choices

You control which services are connected and which modules are enabled. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of Platform data about you or your business at any time by emailing ceo@building26.net. Section 5 of Part I applies to how we verify and handle those requests. Requests concerning your customers' information are handled together with you as described in Section 14.
